IAHQ Black Friday 2026: US$1,000 Internship Credit Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. Open to first-time Intern Abroad HQ (IAHQ) interns who pay their internship deposit from November 1 to November 30, 2026 (inclusive), 12:00am Pacific Time (PT). Interns who paid a deposit prior to November 1, 2026, are ineligible.

2. Entry is automatic upon deposit payment, with no promotional code required. Limited to one entry per person.

3. One winner will receive US$1,000 in IAHQ credit, redeemable against internship Program Fees, tours, experiences, courses, academic credits, or insurance booked through IAHQ.

4. Credit expires on January 15, 2028, and any unused balance will be forfeited. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred once to a family member or friend booking an IAHQ internship, subject to the original expiry date.

5. Participation is subject to the eligibility requirements of the selected internship program. Cancelled internships or refunded deposits are ineligible, and the prize may be forfeited if the winner subsequently cancels their internship before using the credit, subject to applicable law.

6. The winner will be randomly selected on January 15, 2027, and notified by email within seven days. The winner must respond within 14 days or another winner may be selected.

7. Employees of HQ Travel Group, local partners, and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

8. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. IAHQ reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries and to modify or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, without affecting valid entries.

10. All bookings are subject to IAHQ’s Terms and Conditions.

11. Personal information is handled in accordance with IAHQ’s Privacy Policy.
