However, you must have an understanding of any differences in time zone, since you’ll need to ensure you can make a commitment to connecting with your supervisor in real-time (during the supervisor’s business hours) when it may be necessary for scheduled meetings or calls. Between any real-time meetings, you should anticipate that you’ll create a plan of action with your supervisor, which outlines the tasks you’ll be assisting with independently.
